This project was high profile due to it being located adjacent to High Street Kensington Station. The North elevation was a very busy public space due to being located next to the station entrance and Marks & Spencers flagship store.
The East elevation is the main entrance for Sony records, the South elevation is the service yard which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the West Elevation is above the High Street Kensington Station.
Due to the very public nature of the job our team were required to be flexible on working times for this project to keep the location safe and open to public access at all times.
All challenges were overcome and delivered to our client for the extensive amount of building restoration needed on this project.
